Zenya is cloud management software for salons, barbershops and wellness studios: calendar and appointments, online booking, client records, point of sale, inventory, loyalty programme and automatic communications. The service is provided as SaaS via zenya.ch.
To use Zenya you create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity carried out with your account. Team member accounts are managed by the salon owner.
Every new salon gets a 3-day free trial with all features enabled, no credit card required. After the trial, a subscription (monthly or yearly) is required to keep using the service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Zenya does not store your full card details.
You agree to use Zenya in compliance with the law and the rights of third parties. Uploading unlawful content, attempting to compromise the security of the platform or sending unsolicited communications (spam) is not allowed. You are responsible for the data you enter, including your clients' data.
The client data you record in Zenya (profiles, appointments, sales) belongs to your salon: the salon is the data controller and Zenya processes it on your behalf, exclusively to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
Zenya may send confirmations, reminders and receipts to your clients on your behalf via email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications, according to your settings. WhatsApp messages use the credits included in your plan or purchased separately.
We strive to keep the service available and secure. Short interruptions may occur for maintenance or causes beyond Zenya's control; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Zenya is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, data or goodwill) arising from the use or unavailability of the service. Total liability is in any case limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal obligations. Significant changes will be communicated in the back office or by email; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zenya's registered seat in Switzerland. Questions: hello@zenya.ch.
