Zenya is a Swiss project. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. For any request: hello@zenya.ch.
We use the data exclusively to: provide the service (calendar, bookings, point of sale), send requested communications (confirmations, reminders, receipts via email/SMS/WhatsApp/push), manage subscription and billing, keep the platform secure and comply with legal obligations.
For end-client data recorded by a salon, the salon is the data controller; Zenya acts as processor and only processes the data on the salon's instructions and to provide the service. End-client requests (access, rectification, deletion) should be addressed to their salon in the first instance.
We rely on selected providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp), Mapbox (maps and address geocoding), as well as hosting and email providers. They process data only for the stated purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
Push notifications are only active with your explicit consent in the browser or installed app. You can disable them at any time in your device settings or by removing the device from your profile.
We retain data for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by law. When the account is closed, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted communications (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access, sensitive credentials encrypted at rest.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or the restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Write to hello@zenya.ch; we will reply within the statutory deadlines.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page; significant changes will be announced in the back office or by email.
